[Impromptu] loading zebra-AU presets from Impromptu

Michele, Impromptu doesn't like h2p files.  You'll need to save any  
h2p presets as au presets.  I think Urs used to have a *special*  
download that included au format presets.

Anyway, you can do it yourself by loading the preset using the UI,  
then save using au:save-preset.  Once saved you can recall it as  
normal any time in the future by calling au:load-preset.  A bit manual  
but it works fine.
